I just waxoyled my Range Rover. It actually enjoyed doing it. I bought the whole kit from Rovers North for about $500. The 120-4 is easy to apply, but the hardwax is messy.

I would probably have taken it somewhere if there was anywhere to take it like there is on the east coast. I got it done for cheaper and with the guns and wands, I think I was able to do a professional-type job with it.
Plus, there is leftover for touch-ups and re-applications.

The key was preperation. My truck was really clean to begin with, but you need to pressure wash, degrease. You also need to fix any rust holes at that time. I only had one small one on the inner fender and I patched it with POR15 Powermesh.

id think that would be just fine. how could it hurt? oxidation needs catylist. if you seal it, that should slow it down. thats all waxoyl does anyway.
