Talking playing in June

Good morning
I have been trying to get some discussion going arount the Adventure Team Challenge, but the group seems to be less than interested.
This event is just too much fun and I don't understand why more people don't try it.
I drive all the way from Ottawa Canada to take part. Am I just nuts or am I missing somthing?
Come on guys what is the problem?
Check out the web site at www.adventureteamchallenge.com
I have heard that this year a Canadian TV producer is looking at shooting the event for a reality TV series.
Take that G4, this is how the real Land ROver people play.

Hmmm, I don't know that would be one long drive for me at 1500 + miles. Sounds cool and all but too far of a drive for me.

That is about the distance we travel to get there.
The team that won last year was from Coneticut
Sorry about the spelling

Sorry man, not a big fan of the whole adventure line of activities. This looks a little more palatable being off road oriented but still doesn't appeal to me - you don't have to compete at everything you do. I do this to get away from stress and hectic pace not to induce it.

this isn't stressful at all. in fact quite the opposite.
I test software, to much to do in too little time, that's why I go the the ATC, just to play.
Same reason I went to the G4, not to get to the world team just to have some fun.
ATC is the same, gerat off-road, great people and we get to see parts of the country that you would never get to see otherwise.

almost too much fun.
Cheap too, where else can you get a week of off road for $300.00
A couple of years ago we where playing on saqnd dunes in Oaklahoma, some over 200 feet.
Very cool
The organizer changes the event every year just to keep it interesting
