Pics of my other rides: Porsche, Lotus, LWB

I am sure the novelty of being able to post pics will wear off soon.

1972 911? Nice...

I'll see your hand with three Land Rovers, a Porsche 356 Carrera, a transportation appliance and a Boler....

I really love the "6er" also, and the M goes like a raped ape. If forced to pick between the Alfa and the 6, I'd probably keep the 6.

Ron, I see you're carpeting your driveway - where did you get that idea?

25 x 25 x 15ft: the max allowed by the township. The inner ceilings are just over 10ft. 6in reinforced slab. My first contractors took a bunch of my money and ran off, so I am on the second round with it. It is going to be board and batton on the outside with a carraige style door. I am painting one side (to the neighbors I dislike) the same color as the lotus.

I also have a 1959 SII 88", a 1951 SI 80" (in lots of pieces) and the project that never ends 1964 dormobile 110 but they are offsite.

JimC I saw the carpeted driveway when I visted you in Alviso and feel in love.

The porsche is a 1971 T. The last year for the 901 dog legged first transmission and last year for carbs in the US. She has some issues that I am currently attending to. Originally had sport seats so I did a deal for it seatless (hey Janey was doorless) . . . .

Ron

PS this thread should be kept alive.

DUde, if you get that M3, which I suggest you do, you need to swap the tires. You can fit 285s on all four corners if you want. It will wonder a bit in ruts but you can stand up on the brake pedal and the ABS won't kick in. Braking will pull your face off.. I won't even begin with how well it will turn in.
