Pics of bulkhead jigs
I have to build a bulkhead jig so I can work on taking the dash apart and then working on the bulkhead. Can you guys post up a few pics of bulkhead jigs that you've built so I can get some ideas?
Thanks all

I used my engine hoist, a cross bar, and some straps to suspend mine in the air for painting. Would not work if you wanted to work on the bulkhead though, only good for painting.

We talked to a mechanic in England who said he has a 5 point jig which he uses when he galvanizes a bulkhead. He said they always come out straight.

Make it tall enough so you don't have to bend over to work on it.
