Pics from the Rubicon this weekend

Wish there was a good spot on forum to share trip photos but figured I would throw em up here. Just a few shots from the weekend on the Rubicon Trail. Just the D90 and an 80 series cruiser. Beautiful place.

Oh they loved it.

My dog (the older one) has done a ton of wheeling trips. She runs next to the car along the trail and is just awesome. My brother in laws dog, the small one, it still learning the ropes.

Great pics! The one with the lake in the background looked as if you were helping out a damsel in a disco! But I guess it was a chica in a cruisa. Any relation? She looked quite fetching from this angle. Respectfully, maybe you should make her a relation! She's definitely down for the roads less traveled.

Awesome pics!

Good to see a Defender properly used. Rubicon has been on my bucket list for a long time.

Oh yeah we got caught in the thunderstorms. See a the photo below of the impending doom and gloom. Thankfully we were already at camp with our tents up. Photos are spread about btw 4 iphones so it's hard to get em all together. Here are a few more.

Why the hesitation? The Defender does great! Sliders, diff guard and a front bumper are a must though.

You make it sound so simple!

I'd imagine a lift and lockers are a must as well.
