Question Photos - Badger Half Cab GK?

Anyone have pics of their rig with the Badger Half Cab fitted for the Gutter Kit?

I upgraded to the Badger I GK over the winter and now I'm ready to enter summer with a minimal top solution. I used to run the Strapless Bikini, but that wont work with my Gutter Kit installed....

So, I am hoping that someone has good pics of the Badger Half Cab for the Gutter Kit on their truck. I'd love to see pics of it WITH the Tonneau and WITHOUT the drop curtain in place.

I've seen this thread, but would love to see other pics:

Anyone?

Thanks!

Not sure you can view that album without an account. Uploaded some of the ones that show Jimmy's truck without a drop curtain.

Nice work! I just registered on the SNHLR forum too, so I have yet another forum to waste time in!

Jimm - Those are some great pics. I appreciate it. Do you have any with the rear roll cage still intact?

Chris -- you run the gutter kit as well? Looks like you are topless and windowless, but with gutter kit still in place? How do you like that?

While it's a bit of an annoyance, it's more of an annoyance to take it off and put it back on again. Plus my door seals are one piece so I would have to cut them in order to remove the gutter kit.

It certainly would feel much more open without the gutter kit, but I can't justify taking it on and off for a couple days. And it's totally worth it when you have the soft top on. The seal it great.

Thumbs up

Chris -- that's a great pic! I used to use a strapless bikini in front during summer months and loved it -- really feels wide open. But you are right, with the gutter kit now installed I really dont see myself going through all the hassel to remove all the hardware for a few months of sun. That's what has me pondering the Half Cab.

Jimmy -- No worries. I can see things pretty clearly.

Thanks again guys.

Anyone else? Other pics welcome!

I'm thinking about doing the half cab one day. I recolored a green D90 to Arles blue to give an Idea of what it would look like

Chris, looks like you had your work cut out for you after that run. Damn.

Gery, thanks for the pic. Using what you sent I did a quick photoshop of how mine will look....

I still prefer the more open approach of the strapless bikini (A) , but the Half Cab should look good (B).

paul you can have badger modify tour bikini or better yet have him make a surrey. The surrey is easier to put on than the bikini and offers better protection.
I run my surrey 9 months out of the year.

Ron, that is a great idea--I bet Chris can customize anything to work. The piece that extends down the B pillar is the only piece that i'm not excited about--Did you have a surrey modified to fit the Gutter Kit? Any pics?

Thanks!

Haha! Straight from the Badger. OK. That's great news, Chris. Thanks!

I would LOVE to see some photos of the BIKINI GK and the SURREY GK... Do you have any good images you can post or email me -- paul (at) reflexivedesign (dot) com -- the more the merrier.

I will be ordering one of those items from you ASAP. Just want to see how they work with the GK in place before I decide which one.

Thanks.

Paul

I don't have any photos of them. They both have the same front deck as your full top sewn to the back half of our surrey top.

Got ya. OK. That makes perfect sense. I'll see if anyone on the forum has one that they can take a picture of, but regardless, that sounds like a good solution for me.

Thanks Chris.
