Pheasant/Grouse/Partridge in Montana

Missing Happy Hour this week, in Great Falls MT at the (www.bpioutdoors.com) lodge upland bird hunting with the CEO, his wife and buddy. Hunting was great but yesterday it snowed all day, we gave up and out this am to walk the snow and put some more birds up!! ALl wild birds - lot harder hunting vs Kansas & South Dakota - way cool!

Good times.

Looks like a hell of a day...

Off topic: did you keep the skins/feathers? I'd love to take some off your hands if you did -- I could use em for fly tying.

Well if you you make it down south of there a couple hours, pm me and you can put the Britney's up to my setter at the ranch. Mostly pheasants and they are by no means "planted", all wild,
but always fun and enjoy the company.

Best time of year in Montana I've always thought.

If anyone needs feathers, let me know. I'll have them in a couple of weeks. Let me know what types you need.

I'll take whatever you have to spare! Pheasant tail, Grouse or Partridge. Thanks!
