Have you tried CustomInk.com? They seem to be fairly reasonable. I get all my screenprinting done through them.

here is a update on the shirts - I think the price will be right around 20 dollar a shirt

thinking of using Hanes 5180 preshrunk 100%cotton 6.1 oz shirts in Pebble and Navy

with a non land rover logo on the front common image on the back to keep cost down

let me know what you think - then we will need to get a accurate count

I like it...but I say throw a logo on the front and we'll split the legal costs .

Keep us posted when you need a final tally...but I plan to take one of each.

Actually now that I went back and looked at it...I kind of do like the generic front. Doesn't scream "Rover" and it maybe a tad subtle for those not "in the know". I may have to retract my prior comment .

I'm also digging the V-neck.

I'm with you on this. I feel as though wearing a Land Rover shirt while driving a Defender is like wearing an artists/band's shirt to the same concert - a little geeky IMO.

Just the truck made from stamps, maybe the passport background and for those that absolutely must have something else to clutter a perfectly good concept, how about italacized "your passport to adventure" under the picture, or on the chest pocket area?
I don't want to be THAT GUY wearing Porsche hat, Porsche sunglasses, driving shoes and a Member's Only jacket while attending a PCA member event! I'm sure most of you know what I'm getting at. I'll drive my Defender pretty much anywhere (work meetings, weddings, cocktail parties, woods etc.) and to any event wearing a wide range of clothes, but you won't see me wearing a Land Rover shirt while driving a Land Rover.

I'm in for whatever the design ends up being, but I prefer the stamps without the passport background.

Too funny and I feel the same way...I've often had to change my tshirt before getting in the D, or drive another car instead - and I've often used the "band tshirt" analogy. I think the same when I go to Cars & Coffee and see the Ferrari dudes wearing the Ferrari zip up track jacket and the like ("dickhead!").

For some reason the passport background doesn't bother me, but please for the love of Pete no "passport to adventure"!

I am in for medium... I think it looks good without the passport background..blends better with the shirt than having a big white box.

Will the image on the back be large or a little more breathable?

I vote for just the stamps without the book image. It will be more breathable as mentioned above. I can't stand huge blocks of screen printing that make you sweat instantly
