Pain caused by Defender

I had the unfortunate honey do of cleaning some windows today after work. I had one that my ladder would not reach. I thought I could pull the lifted defender near and stand on the rear upper bars to get to the window. I neglected to realize that the fine gentleman that owned the defender before me had removed the bolts from the bar. It was simply there for looks without any bolt. At full reach, to get the top of the window, I managed to come down off the house and through the plant box. I am told that after that 1. I looked really cool in front of the neighbors
2. Took a short nap
3. Asked for an asprin and a beer

My head is a little foggy now and there seems to be a rock dent in the back I didn't notice before.
I may have lost 1 of the 3 remaining brain cells I have after the 18 months in europe after high school and the addiction I have for fine beverages. I may be rambling..........what am I talking about again?

Better to find out this way than in a roll-over.

Hopefully it knocked some sense into you.

I tire of some (most) of your nonsense here. I can only imagine how it is in real time.

at least you admit that you are a legend in your own mind.

Made it further than half of the other guys, but the Hammers won.

no offence. sorry, But I thought that this section of the forum was for chit chat. If someone doesn't want to read my posts, then they don't have to. I am learning more and more daily and I sometimes post some ideas on a direction I am considering on going with my defender to get the thoughts of you who have been down that road before.

No worries. I like your posts. It was just a warning. Pendy is a good person to know especially if you plan on a Diesel in your rig.
