Couple of things with the oz-tent to know..
Pack up is still a bit of a chore.. Tent cots pole and the like..
It's long and heavy and need to be supported on the rack if you off road for any length of time (mine isn't which is why I mention it)
The peaked canopy looks like a great idea but adds setup and tear down time..
Mine will eventually become the 2nd tent when when the family goes... I'm going to move to a trailer with rtt and awning when I can and keep everything in it accessible when needed.
Also I move between trucks so a trailer makes sense for that was well...
I do love the rv-5 and cots though, really a great base camp setup.

In all fairness, m2 was incognito all week with a rental car. So I didn't see his big ride all week!

Looks like we're one or two buyers away from 25% off for an Oztent group buy. PM me if you need anything. Thanks.

OP asked if anyone knew of a good deal or seen better pricing on Oztents. Peter and I have found one that'll offer 25% off. We just need one or two more people to jump on board.

Understood. I received a few PMs and text messages saying people on here were looking, so without reading the entire thread I posted up a group buy as well. Sorry for the intrusion. All the orders I received have shipped.
