Other Toys?

We Defender owners are a pretty unique group who love our machines. I was wondering if anyone had any other interesting toys in their garages, cars, bikes, etc? (like a Defender isn't enough) Most of my toys, Harleys, MGs, etc have given way to the new baby, but the 90 and my '64 Porsche 356C coupe have and will continue to survive, wife be damned!

Top Drawer Bicycles - Custom built - road bike, cyclo cross bike, and single speed mountain bike. Plus a boat load of Campy and shimao parts. The new Downhill Mountain bike has been ordered. Basically, the garage has turned into my own bike shop with pro tools stands and workspace.

Ducati S4 Monster. Assortment of firearms. Kite board. Windsurfer.

Paying my way through college and relinquishing my early twenties to the career is finally starting to pay-off.

Now watch, I'll meet that special girl and get married and then I'll be lucky to have a D-90.

Phillip,

I see you mountain bike a little. I got a Trek 7000 I have't got to use in a while. You know of some good places to go ride?

HMMMMM toys, I have a home made potato cannon, needs some modifications as the potato’s come out kind of slow, it only shoots them 200 feet, but they are fully roasted! Some climbing gear but I haven't been in a long time.

DJ, do you have a secret room in the house or do you decorate the whole house with your collection?

I am at school at Western Carolina so we got alot to ride up here. I got an S-Works thats broke down and a Klein attitude. There are the Bicycle Post trails between Greenville and Tarboro I have ridden out there a couple of times, they are okay to ride.

What do you use for combustion in your potato canon? I used to use wd40 until it fouled my ignition.

Compressed air, I thought about making a combustible fluid type but I don’t think anyone I know would want to be near me with explosives. Although I have seen the hair spray units shoot pretty far. I think I should be able to go at least 1000 ft with compressed air. I just haven’t had the time to play with it, even though I have plans now to make a bigger one now that Home Depot has 1 ˝ sprinkler valves.

Good question. I built a separate 4500 sq. ft. home (which has porn wall paper) specifically devoted to my porn collection. It houses all my stuff plus some special display cases for all the porn icon look-alike blow up dolls & figurines............oookay this is getting weird.
