I called about it a couple of months ago, when they didn't have a listed price. I asked were they serious, the salesperson told me they didn't care if they sold it or not it's a traffic generator?

It's Aspen, a lot of summer and winter only houses, so it's concievable it could sit that long or the owner just didn't care or worry about registration.
