One person can remove a 110 tub by themselves

I also got the front fenders off.

Now, the question for next weekend is, can one person remove the bulkhead by themselves.

I removed a D-90 tub by myself & have moved it several times since!

If the BH has everything removed then yes but otherwise there is no way you will pick it up and walk off with it.

cool. Did the rear bed on the project 90 and the roof too. just blocked them up and carefully slid them off. installed the bulkhead myself too, it was new so had nothing on it. All that said, of course you can move anything yourself if you have a crane...

ron, are you working on the dormie project?

Yes, dormy project. It has been about 8 years in the making. Should be done in another 8.

Mike's sale of remains of the NAS 110 is helping it move along (that was two years ago) as I am using most of the body off of that. Of course now I have a garage and it is nice working in it.

JimC was nice enough to take some of my parts with him to the galvanizer so I have new T-pieces and a new TD5 bulkhead that are being dipped and should be back to me in a couple weeks.

Ron

PS anyone want a 110 chassis that needs a rear x-member?

PPS how in the world to I get those big bulkhead bolts out? They will not turn on the front.

Those big bulkhead bolts are probably corroded into the outrigger sleeves. Probably start daily PB Blaster treatments and then put a torch to them when the blaster routine gets old.

I might be interested in the chassis. Any thoughts on what you'd want for it?
