Old-timers! Recognize this Rover?

I seem to remember an ad in some publication... Wooden Boat, maybe?... about a guy in NH that "restored" Land Rovers. Didn't have a great reputation, but he did have pictures of a chopped 109" roof/slide-out drawers double cab. Thought it was really cool at the time.

There was (?is) a shop in Southern NH that did those.....
