oh no, dog weed on noisekiller

My dog decided to take a wee in the back of the truck. Noise killer floor matting absorbed almost all of it. I thought it would dry out in my garage... but today I drove over it with my wife's car to see and this foamy liquid came out. She's out of town and I'm completely stuffed up and can't smell it.

Any advice on how to salvage this? I'm thinking it's destined for the bin.

Rip out and throw away.

I don't know about the brakes, only their unreliability.

Another alternative is to find an ozinator/ozone maker. Common at, um, "grow" stores to remove pungent odors. My two dogs got sprayed by a skunk and tore in the house and rolled all over my couch. 2days of running the ozone maker smell was gone.
