Looks like it is the ex-MOD afterall. My brain is fried. Still a great looking truck though.

Beat me to it!

Yeah, the ex-MOD does look cool...but it's a 91? For some reason the hood in that pic looks short - almost as though it has the Series breakfast. Anymore shots? Could just be camera trickery.

Michele, great pics! Love what you've done with your Defender. Still trying to find that magazine with your truck on the cover. Can't find it in the States, well Orlando anyway. Please post more pics and drawings!

Hey, thanks...not finished yet, should be done by spring (I hope)
You can order your (past) issue of the magazine here:
http://www.landroverworld.co.uk/

I have more pics (better) but don't want to choke the thread,
will post somewhere else.
Oh and a new drawing, will put it in my "sketchbook" thread here, just need to scan it...haven't fond the time yet, I've been...carried away

John: if you meant any of these pictures, then it was my Tdi/TGV Defender 110.

And yes, I made it across of it. You can check it out on the following video wich was a LR reunion (Rally?) we made some years ago and if you look at minute 4:07 you can see it in action.

This was wading in reverse...

and this one on a flooded road a couple days ago. (no too deep but long)

It may be too dark, but I'm making my first submission. My 1024 looks small...is 1024 really the largest we can upload?
