Roads are all salted. Is it waxoyled? Maybe it was garaged in the winter. If not he would have to be pretty diligent about pressure washing the undercarriage frequently.

I have an upstate nj/ny truck. Very little rust anywhere except rear cross which I replaced....extremely clean, only one owner...not as bad as MA but still a clean NE truck

Evilfij has a 90 from NYC that he says has like no rust for a Northeast truck. And no all the states are too cheap to switch to a less harmful icemelter. They suffer too, the town and city trucks are so rusted after 5-10 years it's not even funny.

Mine lived in a garage though and was mainly used to drive to the shore in summer.

My 110 was sold new in Boston. It looks like it was parked on the bottom of the Pacific ocean.

Joel - do you need a tow rig? I'm selling my Dodge Cummins 2500 4x4 around the first of the year. I'm going back overseas and don't want to store it.
