New TopGear

Cast sounds like it may be a good one... Different but Chris Harris is an inspired Choice
Sabine Schmitz, Chris Harris to join Chris Evans on new Top Gear

Sabine Schmitz should bring some real talent to the show as well...

Chris Harris should just have his own show. Love that guy's reviews.

Should be good because we will get quality car reviews in a good format from this new variation and hosts, and the old TG host playing bumper cars in foreign countries on the new show (hopefully).

One of the items on my bucket list would be to have Sabine Schmitz take me around the Nurburgring and scare me absolutely silly. She has a wicked sense of humor and she can drive...

Watch Sabine Schmitz Pass Everyone In A Race On The Nürburgring

I like Sabine, but her English is distracting. Her personality also may not be right for the show. Not sure how good it will be for TV.

Chris Harris occasionally does shows with Tiff Needell and I think they work really well together. Too bad they'll never put Tiff back on the show.

My picks for a new Top Gear? Chris Harris, Jason Plato, and TIff Needell.

The bad thing is that these guys have way too much in the way of individual careers to put everything into a show together.

I really like Sabina Schmitz, she swears like a drunken sailor but the censors let it go because it's all in German. Scheiße!

I do like Chris Harris. He has his own vibe. Looks like I may give this new version a look-see, but I have to fix my mind around the hope/fact that it won't try to be what the old one was. There are some aspects of the old version that really should be left to Clarkson, Hammond, and May. If they keep the bones of Top Gear, but allow the personality to change, it may be successful.

I have mixed feelings about what Clarkson, Hammond, and May are going to do. They need to keep the personality, but switch out to new bones.

Although I think they should put Top Gear to bed, I respect Sabine and Harris. Proper gear heads wth real skills behind the wheel. It should be interesting since they are driver first and personality second.
