Welcome Steve and Wendy! This is one of the friendliest boards on the internet. Post up what cities you will be visiting and approximately what dates and I'm sure people will chime in. If you come thru the Phoenix area P.M. me your contact info, I would love to see your truck and meet up with you for an oat soda or two.

You may also want to check in in expeditionportal.com. It's a dedicated overlanding forum with many members in the southwestern USA.

BLOG... http://www.getjealous.com/tangoone

It is on the top rear of their truck Mark

Looks like they went back to the UK for bit - and they left the truck in the Yukon to begin the trip later! Hopefully that means they have started it again as planned! And the blog is not up to date...I wouldn't want to be up in the Yukon past November - too bloody cold for my liking.

Edit...Seems like they have started again according to Defender sightings...good for them!

Well, when you are ready to cross from the USA to Mexico, let me know so you can have your last food and beer in civilization (aka San Diego).

Would love to see some detailed pictures of your ride to share your modification ideas with us.
We are on the east coast if you get to Virginia there are several rallies this fall, but it's a long journey.

Enjoy and welcome here!
