For example...here's my neighbors lawn mowing service.....no joke.

Tamer than goats! Slower though ;-)

Congrats! And your garage has curtains! The build should be very happy there!

That has to be the smallest house in colts neck. Nice score.

Goats are better lawn mowers. Sheep tend to clip the grass to nothing and kill it. Goats aren't as destroying.

Congrats on your home. 1 acre out here has an obscene price tag.

Thanks guys. Yea I'm Deff the Beverly hill hillbilly on the block. House is only 1800sq ft but that doesn't include a 4 season room which will an office and a half finished basement. So closer to 21-2200 really.

My one neighbor is probably a $4m house, but I have to peer through 4 acres of his woods to see it lol. Works for me. I get the Privacy and he pays for it.

Congrats to you guys!

The house looks great. And it looks like you can add another story if you needed the room.

It's pretty funny how you are another world apart from Red Bank and only a 15 minute drive.

Did you run 220 out to the garage yet

Going to be re-wiring half the house shortly. New service and I swear they have ever single light bulb on its own switch. It's switch overload.

That's what the 1960's was all about. Per code they had to either have a dedicated ceiling light on a switch or an outlet powered switch. Most developers chose the outlet route in most rooms, usually 3 feet away from the switch. Going through the same shit right now.

Yup. You nailed it. Ever 60's house I've been in is that way.

Where in Colts neck are you? Closer to Freehold or opposite direction. Congrats on the home and the space. P
