Networking!?

So my wife and I were sick of Florida and we made a deal that once one of us got a job in Colorado we were moving. Well she ended up getting a great job with Colorado State University in Ft. Collins and we are moving out there at the end on May. So now itís up to me to follow suit.

I know thereís a lot of CO guys on the forum so I wanted to see if anyone was looking for a mechanical/manufacturing engineer or project manager. The past 2 years I have worked for a defense contractor as a mechanical engineer/ project manager. I did new product design and program management for the CNC shop. Before that I worked as a manufacturing engineer at a large sheetmetal and machining shop. If anyone is interested I can provide more details.

Also, I do contract CAD design on the side. I have my own company setup to do 1099 work. If anyone is interested, I would be happy to do some solidworks part modeling. My rates are reasonable and it doesnít matter the size of the project.

I attached pictures of some of the project Iíve done in my spare time.

Matt

Ft. Collins is great! Congrats on the move. Just in time before it gets really hot here in the panhandle. Did you ever make any more of those dash assemblies?

Thanks! Yeah Tallahassee was the worst in the summer, no breeze and 100% humidity. Not going to miss that at all. I never got time to work on the dash anymore. The 90 is my wife's daily so tearing in apart for fun is out of the question. I never was happy with the a/c ducting setup but now I'm going to put in a aftermarket hot rod a/c unit. I guess with my future unemployment, now is a good time to sort it out.

Also, I guess I should mention that I'd like to go wheeling with some guys out there. Let me know if you're in Ft. Collins and want to grab a beer!
