Need Recommendation for Auto Carriers / Shippers

Hey guys,

Not sure if this is the right place to post this....

I'm looking to ship me '97 D90 Soft Top to San Diego from Philadelphia.

Prefer an enclosed ship.

Any recommendations? If so, please post here, or feel free to email me at glenn_wada@yahoo.com.

Thanks! GW

I just had my d90 shipped from to CA to NC and had no problems. I think it was shipped via CarPro but I worked thru a broker. Below is the brokers email. I shipped in an enclosed truck over the holidays and it cost me $2k

This guy schooled me on the whole auto transporter biz & was super straight forward & honest. Prices were also decent. That being said, as he said, "you get what u pay for. If u want to be cheap, don't expect them to baby your $50k vehicle"
I'd call him just to get the first hand info on the biz. Total eye opener.

I used Montway. They are not a broker & did a great job. Not sure if they offer enclosed, but if you go that route, make sure it'll be enclosed the whole way.

Used Horseless Carriage 30 years ago for transporting Porsches, and that many years alone is quite a testament...

I have used Plycar. They do not make use of transfer facilities. The same driver that loaded my car onto the truck unloaded it at my house.
