Need 04 disco help!

Hey guys I'm supposed to leave VT at 3am tomorrow in my disco. Got trailer all hooked up working great. Drive to my parents place to drop if the dog. I park on the street turn the headlights off but put the flashers off. Come out 2 minutes latter all the instrument lights are flashing and my trailer lights no longer work nor does brake controller. All the other are working.

So I drive home and go to shut off the car and I can remove the key and it won't shut down unless I turn the headlights off. If headlights are off will turn of normally. I've also notice headlight switch also now turns on all the dash light like when you turn the key on.

So how fucked am I? Whole family was ready to go and kids where looking forward to the show.

The rovers north brake controler. Turns out bad ground with trailer.....no idea how that logic works but that's what my mechanic mate found....working now.

Thanks for the help guys! If any one is in NJ come to the Sussex fairgrounds for the military vehicle show.

Could be worse. You could be driving a RR P38. You'd never find the problem.

There is only one answer to your problems. It is always the answer to your problems. There is only one answer, and it is the only answer you will need. Give in to the truth. The one answer.
