I looked at it for a collector friend of mine and it was very, very clean. It did appear to have been resprayed and the floorboards did not appear to be stock. Same dealer has AAYellow 94 with 11k miles for $89.9k. They keep a really nice inventory in general. I wish them GLWS

Looks like a part was installed upside down. Or perhaps mine was.

They are dreaming at that price if it's been resprayed. Clearly something happened to it which totally negates the mileage.

I'm trying to understand this as there are fewer D90 NAS SWs, especially '95s. Thoughts?

SW's exist on the global market in very similar config to NAS tricks while ST's in NAS config don't. Also 97 were all automatic. So 95 is the newest manual transmission ST.

Yeah, I get the 97s, but you could argue 93 NAS 110s are the Holy Grail, yet there are zillions of ROW examples of those, right?

How is the 95 ST the most desirable?

If anything and value shows it, 97 is. After that it is all based on color and condition.

I like the 95s because of the round tail lights, and the R380 gearbox. As far as numbers alone, the '95 SWs should be as scarce as the '93 110s. Of course my extensive experience has now entered week 3. So WTFDIK!!

Personally if I paid big bucks for a NAS 110 I would be scared of losing my shirt once newer then 93' ROW 110's become available.

I have the same reaction when I see Toyota Supra, Porsche 911 that are priced the same way.

On an aside anyone know of other cars made since lets say 1990 that have appreciated in value compared to there original MSRP? (excluding exotics)

1. Defender (90 and 110)
2. Toyota Supra
3. Porsche 911
4. Integra Type R? (Maybe?)

I could see very clean low mileage Lancer Evo MR or RS and Subaru STI maybe doing it in the future...
My point was that ECR is a business that has historically had a substantial waiting list and folks spend this kind of money everyday. just saying, in my mind the price is not that crazy by comparison (even with the eff'd up door handle)

let's be clear. The 95 ST is the most desirable b/c I own one. That's the extent of my research on this topic! Also it's an ST (rare compared with ROWs) and manual transmission which is awesome fun and also keeps my wife's hands off it.

That's why I posted it. I challenged him on originality, and he said the only thing not original is the seats.
