Impossible to answer without either a real description, photos or both.

That truck was on eBay and CL for a few months in CA - they probably bought it from that dude for cheap. Buy it from them before they put spinners on it. Seriously.

Copley has one with 110k fewer miles for $10k more. By the time you get covered transport back from CA to here you'll have spent a few more grand.

You need to see the one at eurocar in person. Its obviously had some paint (wheel arches and rear bumper). Pictures can be so deceiving. It does look good though.

You are missing all the pictures you need like floors, bulkhead and rear crossmember. All the miles look like they were put on during its 10 years in Maine.

Price seems a bit high for the miles.

All the interior pics look dark so maybe ask them to snap some pics of the areas where you should look like underside of doors, under floor mats and where floor pans meet the bulkhead, as many bulkhead shots as possible from interior and from engine bay and from around windshield area and also the fresh-air vent caps, frame pics, rear x-member pics, etc...

I agree it looks clean-ish from the photos but those are selling photos.

Also 150K on a stock 3.9 = new engine or rebuild due. Again, I didn't see any info on the listing about condition or whether any of these types of items have been replaced or repaired.

I have had two of sellers Defenders come thru my shop. Nothing against them, they are very good cleaner detailers. The Defenders we restored still needed complete door replacement, electrolysis under the cappings, hidden bulkhead rot. One looked shiny and new, but when it arrived it was a bad paint job that covered over the seals, had body filler and lots of overspray. The mileage should say it all. Thats high mileage, suspension is sagged out, and the doors and bulkhead will still need addressing. NAS 110 value is in the eye of the buyer. Restoration is still going to be expensive. My two cents is get a California lifer and your chassis will be good. Keep the tub, replace the cappings, doors and update the outdated dash assembly. Of course the purists will hate, but then again if you want a high dollar truck then you have to spend some cash and lots of it. Thats 4 cents of opinion.

Even california lifer defenders can and do have rust/rot.

The only solution in my book is galvanized frame/cappings/bulkhead/t-pieces/shock towers and hopefully door frames/hood frames/seat box battery compartment. The aluminium body panels are fine and will last forever once you galvanize all the steel on them.
