Mysterious Ford Bronco in Georgetown

When I saw it last week, it had a sticker on the windshield saying that it had to be removed.

Here's a picture of it. I'm sure other Georgetowners have seen it around. Does anyone know its story?

Georgetown, in general, is known for containing high levels of british (and/or classic) vehicles, many that aren't running and haven't moved in months. Don't get me started about the 1972 military Series that sat in the same spot during my 2 years of GU grad school.
