My wife actually said this

This morning my wife said "let's take the 90 to work today, the seats are more comfortable than the MINI".
The details: The 90 is an '84 200 tdi with holes in the seat cushion, the MINI is a new 2011 Countryman, my wife is 8 months pregnant.
This is the life.

It's funny when my wife was pregnant the only car she found comfortable was my 110. She hated her x5 and we took the 110 everywhere.

Sorry this is bullshit. My wife just had a baby and there is no friggin way she would of chosen my 90 or 110 over a vehicle with a comfortable ride. In her words across the living room "hell no Id take my Denali any day over those things" Either I married the wrong woman or you guys are full of it...

I'm leaning towards phoenix on this one. The old saying "if it's too good to be true, it probably is" has proven correct over time to me. Can women differ that much?

If this claim was true, then I'm responding to the email I got from that Somali estate attorney for that cash left to me in some will.

John and Mark,

I did not know we were Brothers in Law because I could swear that is my wife talking so they must be related *LOL*

Everytime I tried to take her on the D's she goes " Oh honey, you go ahead, I have something to do on the way, meet you at my sister's " and if it is the 2 of us going out " Are you nuts, I am all dressed up " .. and the favorite forewarning when she informs me of an upcoming event " No, we are not taking the shit box "

LMAO

I got my wife in my 90 once while she was pregnant (she was about 7 months)...unfortunately for me we got caught in a summer thunderstorm with no doortops and a surrey. needless to say, mama went back to her Grand Cherokee after that

It sounds like a stretch, but I'm a believer. I offered my wife and daughters the choice of a 2k+ mile round trip to Florida in the middle of summer in either a very nice (but small) bmw 328i, or my air conditioning-less D90 towing my trailer so they can take a bunch of crap they don't need ... and they chose the D90!

So it can happen

I agree but pregnancy changes everything. It becomes all about safety, security and comfort..... Not sure any of those words have been used to describe the Defender...ok maybe they can be safe and secure at times and in the right conditions but comfortable..rarely.

My wife would drive a Buick of I didn't mock her. She likes the idea of riding around on a couch but when she was ready to pop her back killed and the 110 had a perfect seat that made her back feel better. Go figure.

That pic has made me a believer. Keep in mind that this is such an outlier from the norm, that I'm wondering if somehow this has been photoshopped. Amazing.
