My Wife.....

So, as I was trying to justify buying parts on e-bay, she said to me, well why is he selling it? The guy stated that he was loosing the budget wars at home with his wife. She then said to me "it seems like all of your defender buddies are ALL having the same problems with there wives, where is the section on that board for D-90 wives, yea Byron you, and a lot of people, would not want that would you." Ha, just thought it was a funny story.

My wife has been the instigator in most of the rovers / parts that I have purchased.

FWIW I think she just does that so I can not say anything when she wants to spend a bunch of money on a new bike :D

Bstraw - My wife has been just the opposite lately. She has been inciting me to spend on OUR D-90! I am not sure but I think she might be thinking about a hostile take-over.

More like Coup d'état.
When the 90 is finally done, it'll be like, thanks hon, now give me the keys.
Don't worry, you'll be able to sneek a ride at 2 am when she's sound asleep. Just make sure you keep a set of keys hidden for yourself!

Way back when, my wife, then girlfriend made me sell my jeep yj for a BMW.
I got her back by selling the BMW for the D90. Needless to say, I'm in the garage sleeping in the 90.

My wife would rather drive a used Miata than a 2003 range rover. I give up....

Seriously?? Oh that is just wrong in so many ways. Defender keys have to be hidden from me at all times!
