I have published my first children's book, titled "Have You Ever Wondered if Spiders Yawn." The digital version, including a .pdf can be downloaded here for just $.99: http://www.smashwords.com/books/view/97482 or at your preferred digital book retailer.

Please help spread the word, and if you like the book, please leave feedback.

Thanks!!!

How coincidental! I have a children's book idea as well I've been sitting on for a while. we should have been talking about this stuff over cigars instead of foreign policy at URE!

Congrats! I'm going to hit you up on the process.

The children's book market is tough for first timers. You essentially need a book completed. I submitted a manuscript to a lot a publishers this past year with no luck. In the end I chose to self publish via Smashwords which submits to all the electronic retailers.

A recent study found that yawning is not contagious in tortoises. Now I have to worry about yawning spiders.

Very cool Wolf! After reading many kids books to my gang over the years, I've thought there would be a great story line with some old Rovers and some on trail adventures. Sort of like the book Dumpy the Dump Truck, but fixing an old Series instead of dump truck.

That's extremely easy to do and self-publish. I've got something in the works along those same lines.
