Home Depot for the fasteners. Those are tin roof self drillers.

B-Quiet brand. It helps with the drum skin effect of bare doors and combined with the panels should be warmer in winter. It has reduced the sound a noticeable bit, thats about as specific as I can be. As for the fasteners, since people complain about panels cracking near the screw I figured the self tapping screws with the neoprene bonded washer would provide secure grip without undo pressure on the panel, which they are doing nicely.
