I have handled 15-20 from them, many for board members. They indicate they get about 6 American inquiries a day. Many asking to buy and export Td5's and Puma's and management wants someone this side to give them the lowdown and handle entry since many who undertake entry on their own end up not being able to title the ex mod trucks. Works for me. I think the trucks represent an excellent value- especially the Tithonius trucks.

I'll second that Doug, the Tithonus I brought over from them is great fun, and a nice blank canvas to work with without being as basic or a ropey as some of the other ex-MOD stuff.

Im guessing that a lot of the Land Rover spares lots are bought by folks such as LRSeries in the UK to keep their stocks up and to sell on retail.

the lots/pallets of LR spares are more appealing than the trucks.

The LHD trucks are worth more to them now due to USA buyers or the rest of Europe. So they go for regular sale or non tender auctions.

Rather just buy a right hand drive if they are gonna play that card.

I've got 12 of them at my disposal. What we need in this situation is a C-5 Galaxy.

Having a C-5 would ensure lifelong kinship with Rovers; all could simultaneously break down together...

Maybe use a couple of C-17s instead
