Kim Jong-il should have played Mega Millions!

Everyone on the forum would have the truck of the dreams. Watch 20/20 tonight they will be talking about jack widicur He won the power ball about ten years ago for 320 million. Lost everything. Wife gone granddaughter dead etc. The gas station that sold it is a 1/2 mile from my house. A sad and pathetic story. On a positive note he did purchase the local strip club . And was robbed for 200k in cash.

Jack Whittaker. That's a good story, thanks for the heads up.

Not sure who you would be able to trust with a windfall like that. Everyone you love would become a target. Most of your "friends" would find subtle or not-so-subtle ways to rob you. Not something I'd wish for myself or anyone.

I'm with Bill on the "back to 18" ticket. It's right up there with the "Do whatever you love doing for a steady paycheck for the rest of your life" and "meet, marry, and keep the woman of your dreams" tickets.

Haven't heard that one, but it's freakin funny. I've always said the lotto is the best retirement plan and cheapest. I think I'll wait till someone wins, then play the next go round. A few years back I used to play every week for $10.00 and never won. then I moved to slots and I'm hooked. One night in Detroit I stood at a machine for 9 hours without leaving and finally walked away with 8k...went to relive myself and went to another slot machine and pulled three times and won another 1800.00. I was done for the night!
