Thought it might help someone to have the numbers handy.

These are for the "big" bolts. I bought an assortment for the small ones. M6 and down. Same thing for sheet metal screws. I bought one small stainless set and three $3 sets at wal-mart.

I am already on my 3rd order because I keep finding other bolts I will need as I took everything apart. All total close to $300-350. Wish I had this list before. Would have saved multiple orders.

You can get small quantities on boltdepot.com
Sometimes you just need a couple of bolts
and McMaster will sell a pack of 25.

Like everything else, I have one of everything plus a couple spare. My theory is time is valuable, bolts are cheap.

Ron

BTW, I ordered the lock washer assortment in black because that is all they sell for an assortment.

I should also add, there is a typo, the assortment has M10 and down, but these are the ones not in the assortment you should need.

Hex Nuts Included
50 each: M4, M6; 25 each: M8, M10.

I must have placed 10 order with them each time I rebuilt a truck. Someday I'll really figure out what is required.

This list is based off what you gave me as far as what to order plus a few more things I added (I like assortments because they come in boxes).

What I mean is I want to make a "map" of the chassis so that you can just visually look up what you want.

I got the order. If I were going to do it again, I would skip the assortments and just order M6, M8 and M10 washers. I also need to order M6, M8 and M10 fender washers and the M6 stainless nuts are the thin jam nuts. I can't find the right fender washers on mcmaster carr though. M6 from LR appear to be about 22 or 23mm and mcmaster carr sells 18mm for fender washers.
