Massive parts purge

We are so busy that we are opening up our old shop in Warren to do work up there again as well as at our shop in Rockland. For the past few years we have just been using the Warren shop as storage, but now we need to clean it up and make room inside. That means we need to do something with all the stuff and as much as I like to hoard Rover parts, we just don't have the room anymore.
So we are going to have yard sale of mostly good used parts, lots of Defender body parts, suspension parts, door panels, core parts like old V8s, Salisbury axles, 90 tubs, lights, radios, lots of NAS 110 stuff, etc etc etc etc.
If you have been around the Rover world for a long time you may recall we used to do this yearly back in the 90s.
Its cash and carry only and stuff goes cheap (think yard sale).
We are starting to clean thing up now and (after my long winded explanation above) my question is for all of you who are looking for used parts... what would be the best Saturday to hold the sale?
Suggestions please?

Thanks!

Mike,
I can't make it since I live in PA but I could use an extra wiring harness for a 1997 SW if you have a used one in the parts.

Thanks
Rich

We can't wait until winter romp. We need space now.

1st weekend in Dec may work, but would like to do it sooner. We'll figure it out.

We were just up at the old shop moving stuff. Some highlights:
90 tubs
90 fuel tanks
110 roof sides (5 door)
110 flat roofs (some minor damage)
90/110 seat boxes
90/110 hoods (bonnet)
Complete Defender pick up roof with top, back, headliner, hoop set and grey top
90/110 windscreen frames
90/110 fenders
110 frame, no real rust, but not good enough for us to re-use
Salisbury axles, drum
90 half length roof rack
90 alloys
110 steel wheels
NAS tail lmaps
lenses off all kinds
etc etc etc.

Bring a trailer and cash

We don't have any ROW parts, sorry.

We have tons bonnets, maybe 10 or 12 going into the sale.

Everything is going to go at the yard sale. If you can't attend find someone who is and make them drag back parts for you.

Its cash and carry. We won't be shipping anything.

As things get collected I'll try t put up some photos and rough lists (not detailed) of what is going so people can judge if they want to make the trip.

Thanks

Looks like there will also be a 1995 RR LWB (not rusty but needs help. Been sitting for years). A couple Series III 88s, NAS 90 alloy wheels, LT230 transfer cases, etc.
