Uh.. if I say 'no' will you send more?! I was just teasing you. I have 3/4 of a jug of syrup left and 1/4 jar of honey. We're good for a little while. Thank you

Lucky you. I'm down to 1/3 jug. It's going to be a long year.

Tell Josh you have been defiling your greek yogurt with Mrs. Butterworths or Aunt Jemima and perhaps that will light a fire in his sugar shack and get his production rolling again. I have been dispensing mine with an eye dropper and meter it out 1/365 of my supply per day.

Well production starts back up in Feb. I may have a couple pints to sell but this is a good lesson in rationing for you LOL.

I generally run out myself by December and have to give some local farmers markets my $ until I start the evaporator back up at the end of feb.

A brief moment of happiness: I discovered the maple syrup in the back of the fridge. It was not gone, after all.

But after a bowl of oatmeal, the sadness returned. It was finally gone.
