Lr3 front seat arm rest removal

How do you remove these? I removed the torx bolt but I cannot get them off? Is there a trick to it? Please help!!!

If I remember correctly you need to have it at about 45 degrees and wiggle it to get it off. If that doesn't work, I'll look it up on Topix for you.

I tried every angle from 0 to 90 degrees with no luck. Please look up the removal procedure.
