I ended up with a product by magna dyne that plugs into an outlet but once I'm planning on getting another unit cut the plug off and wire directly into the vehicle. Provides two USB only and two outlets. I'd like more outlets of course!

I think I have the same thing. Removable though. My radio has a USB as well, so in all I have 3 USB ports.

Yes, around $2 on eBay for flush mount 12V cigarette lighter plugs that provide two USB outlets. It ends up being more flexible overall as you can pull the adapter and use the 12V outlet for other things.

I thought this looked pretty good, too. Just put those removable USB docks in the sockets.
