I spoke to my local vender last night. According to him all of Charleston SC might get 10 cases of Pappy, 5 which will go to restaurant suppliers. The rest will get divided among everyone else. He expected 1 bottle and will price $250-300.

What year? I may have a lead on some in the next two weeks. I have a list with 2 fellow Source members on it already. I might be looking at getting my hands on 2 cases.

Can I get on that list? Anyone's list? I didn't get picked for the Houston Spec's lotto for their allocation. I missed out on the Chicago delivery! I'm checking several websites, just trying to keep my hopes alive! The glass half full (of bourbon) I've got a few local bars that now serve various Pappy vintages.

Hibiki is a good one. Has a nice white pepper nose to it. If anyone comes across PVW send me a PM. I'm down for a bottle.

Breckenridge is an outstanding sipping whiskey at a fraction of the price of Pappy's.

20 year goes for about $170-200 a bottle retail unless you know Ronnie - 23 is probably quite a bit more (like double?).
