Late July/Early August Event???

We have the opportunity to hold an event at a local Ski Resort here in WNY (30 minutes south of Buffalo) and are tossing around the idea of late July or early August as there isn't much during that time. Putting the feelers out to see what sort of interest this would gain. It is a brand new trail system with everything from greenlane roads to Double black diamonds. Camping on site, catered Saturday meal w/bar on site.

Any interest?

I think you could count on a decent group traveling up from VA.
You mentioned a bar on-site...
I thought you guys always had a bar on-site.

That might time out really well for me and the school calendar. I like the sound of it.

Resurrection Time.

Given the timing of other events, we are looking to target the dates of July 23-26

Location would be here: http://www.kbski.com/

Will be the usual wheeling, but with a bar open on site every night and a catered meal for Saturday if the feedback on the idea is good.

We are open to all feedback in order to make this a good event.

Thanks,

Erik

Can you push it back a bit further possibly? I can think of a few that would want to go, and wouldn't want it to conflict with - http://www.vermontoverland.com/volr/

Looks like the page was taken down. Was VOLR just canceled outright?

Yessir, lack of interest apparently. That's another reason why Erik's event will be a nice addition to the area
