Large Scale Rover Swap Meets?

The Porsche Community has the Hershey PA event. It has vendors and individuals out selling everything from complete vehicles to all manner of parts. Is there any kind of Large scale Land Rover swap meet?

ROVERS used to have the an annual swap meet, I think it may have gotten merged with their picnic...

There was a swap meet at MAR for the past few years, but last year discouraged a lot of people because someone came with some cash for clunkers vehicles and was able to sell for less than the swap-meet people.

There are large scale swap-meets overseas, but nothing that I know of stateside.

I didn't pay a whole lot of attention to either, but didn't think those breaker trucks overlapped much with the swap meet items.

I didn't see it either, I just saw a lot of bitching about it on dweb... the breaker trucks were great for the small parts you broke on the trail.

ROVERS had a decent one starting in the Philly area like Ryan said but after the 2nd year they did no promotion then wondered why no one showed up.

IF they advertised better they could have had a really big event going. I think if a bunch of people got together somewhere in the mid-atlantic states a decent swap could get up and running on an annual basis.

All of the spare rover parts in the US are stock piled at Ron Brown's house

Exactly I suggest we just arrange the swap meet in his back yard.
