Just for the record, the 2003 4runner is leaks more oil then the 97 D90 right now...

Just like the BJ60 Landcruiser I used to have. Half of the frame was perfectly preserved from the oil that constantly leaked out of the rear of the engine and migrated back along the frame. (that side never did get rusty and break in half like the other side).

Both Defenders just like to drip and mark their territory...... but not enough to preserve the frame....

That was Robert Davis during his hospital stay. We all know how he rolls....putting a diesel in a hospital bed....

It's funny that I should see this thread right now. Earlier today I had to drive around a tow truck that was loading an early FJ60 on the side of the road. Wish I got a picture of this (as it was truly memorable). Driving by in a Land Rover was rewarding.
Yes, they break (and rust) too.
