If he's from New Vernon and he has anything imported, then he probably already knows about this place. I can't remember the name of it, but my friend's dad owns the place.

Adress is roughly:

990 Mt Kemble Ave, Morristown, NJ, United States

http://maps.google.com/maps?f=q&sour...35489143059314

Corner of Baileys Mill Road and Mount Kemble.

They used to have a coachbuilder there who did work on some of our old cars. Great guys.

I think "fredo" has brought his truck there in the past with good results, too.

High Marques is out of business, but I also know the owners of Shade Tree Garage (I think that's their name). They're now in the back of where High Marques was.

One of my friends told me it's New Venon Coach and Motorworks:

Horsey is closer and has researched everything... Let him do it, for free or one new tire.

Hopefully your client found what he/she was looking for, Keith.

Just wanted to update here.

I was in Morristown last weekend and High Marques is back in business. They had been closed for some time, so I don't know if it's now new owners/management/money, etc.

Shade Tree Garage does a lot of work out of there, and the owners of the garage are stand-up guys.

thanks josh... he went the the coach & motorworks. he uses them for his other cars and did not realize they worked on land rovers. he had them take off his hard-top and install his soft-top.

for future reference... they will not work on any more land rovers. they used to all the time and hate them =). they did him a favor.

Adding to the list. Just learned about Somerset Hills Classics out of Bernardsville. I know nothing else about them other than they've been in business since 2006, do a bunch of body-off restorations, work on foreign and domestic classics (but they said they send engines off to be worked on elsewhere), and have their own paint booth.

OUR SERVICES
• Foreign and Domestic
• Paint jobs to body-off restorations
• Custom painting
• Repair of collision damaged classics
• Classic car service and maintenance
