Just right click and open in a new window or a new tab with IE8. It will display in the address bar.

If you go to and click on forums, they are displayed in a frame so that the site header shows. You can go directly to the forums here

And you will see the links in the browser. Be advised the downside is you never end up going to the main site if you do this...

You can also get the frames URL a variety of ways depending on your browser, but this is the simplest way.

p.s. Chris you can do this without frames if you want.
