Land Rover Accessories in the US

Hey guys,

Devon 4x4 in the UK has a line of Land Rover bumpers and accessories and may be interested in selling these items in the US. Below are photos of some of the items they offer, I have their 8274 bumper, they offer a low mount winch version of the bumper too. I also have the front turrets (shock towers) and dislocation cones, rear shock mounts (that pivot two ways) and dislocation cones and the heavy duty spring retainers.

The front bumper includes a steering guard that bolts to the bumper and front cross member, it is stout!

Your can see more photos on the Devon 4x4 web site www.devon4x4.com

Let me know your thoughts on these items.

Thanks for your time

Steve

I like the look of the bumper.

Are you affiliated with them?

I'm just a D-90 owner that knows Simon Buck. I work for WARN and I met Simon while in the UK putting on product seminars. I rebuilt an 8274 winch and he sent me over the 8274 bumper and some of his other accessories this last summer. Simon may be interested in selling his products in the US if there is eough interest.

I installed the bumper and suspension parts right before the National Rally and ran a bunch of trails in Moab that week. 3 Weeks ago we competed in the Team Trophy Challenge Washington, check out www.timbertamers.com we took 3rd place. Two weeks ago I took 1st place in the NW Challenge, an event that the PCRC Rover club puts on each year. Roverlanders in BC will have some photos of this event posted soon.

All the parts held up great, I have no complaints. I banged the steering guard a few times with no issues, the bumper "bumped" more then one tree while negotiating the slippery trails. I like the look of the bumper and the approach angle is great. The steering guard is much beefier then the aluminum one I had installed before.

He offers bumpers and accessories for Discos and RR Classics as well.

This truck you all built is CBA.

Although I did like it more before the trayback conversion.

I'm looking for a winch bumper like that right now. If he wants another tester tell him to send one my way!

But seriously, if its reasonably priced, I might be interested. I've looked at his stuff before but the shipping would have killed me.
