I'm just a D-90 owner that knows Simon Buck. I work for WARN and I met Simon while in the UK putting on product seminars. I rebuilt an 8274 winch and he sent me over the 8274 bumper and some of his other accessories this last summer. Simon may be interested in selling his products in the US if there is eough interest.
I installed the bumper and suspension parts right before the National Rally and ran a bunch of trails in Moab that week. 3 Weeks ago we competed in the Team Trophy Challenge Washington, check out www.timbertamers.com
we took 3rd place. Two weeks ago I took 1st place in the NW Challenge, an event that the PCRC Rover club puts on each year. Roverlanders in BC will have some photos of this event posted soon.
All the parts held up great, I have no complaints. I banged the steering guard a few times with no issues, the bumper "bumped" more then one tree while negotiating the slippery trails. I like the look of the bumper and the approach angle is great. The steering guard is much beefier then the aluminum one I had installed before.
He offers bumpers and accessories for Discos and RR Classics as well.
