LA area realtor?

so among other locations right now I'm considering a move to the LA California area... anyone know a good realtor that could help me understand the neighborhoods, schools and real-estate in the area?

Well the realtors really work by neighborhood. If you want to talk to me about you can and you can use my realtor who is great but she works the south bay.

Shoot me a PM if you want to go through what I know.

I know a few if you want to PM as well. And as Barry says it depends on price range and neighborhood etc. But I know a great one in the Palisades and two more one in the Valley and one on the Westside of LA.

That will be an eye-opener, no doubt.

Are you putting your place in Golden up for sale or retaining it?

If for sale, or potentially going to the market send me the listing. Blake.Pendleton.LRD1 at Gmail dot com
