L322 - Code P1173?

Sorry for the non-Defender question, but I know there are a lot of Land Rover/Range Rover experts here.

anyone know what code P1173 is on an '04 Rangie?
I've been using Allcoms (not OEM) code reader, so I typically don't get the actual LR codes, but my buddy just pulled this code off my rangie while it was at his shop. I had seen an O2 sensor indication when I looked, but wanted to know specifically if Code 1173 was for one of the four sensors in particular or what exactly it was.

Bank 2 (drivers side) downstream sensor. Common fault when the cat goes bad. It likely has a crack in it causing the rear O2 to see a lean mixture.

What year is it anyways? If its a cracked/leaking cat I bet it could be welded up cheap enough. We used to just replace them because they are warrantied by LR to 8 yrs/80k.
