Know anything about this 94NAS 90?

SALDV2288RA940600

It's currently for sale in CO and looks like a pretty solid truck.

Was originally alpine white but has been overhauled.

I'm very tempted by this

Looks like a nicely done, pretty heavily rebuilt truck with 4.6 (low miles on new motor) and lots of upgrades. I couldn't find anything negative online about it. Looks like it was originally white as you stated. Badge #991.

Wasn't it totaled after an accident and then painted black?

Carfax is interesting reading. So much Linex but the transmission tunnel is simple the plastic cover.

I saw that this evening on eBay and thought it looked like a great value. All the right things done to it. The GBR running gear is a big positive. My big turn off was the RPI Engine. I had the same engine and it only lasted 40k in a RRC.

I believe this truck belonged to a wealthy guy in MD, who spend $$$$$ on it .

He had it converted to Auto with the 4.6, and years later reverse it to 5spd

The car used to run on 35, with every upgrade possible ,but never driven off road.

Trevor G ( r-Lab) did most of the work

Seems odd it got issued a branded title due to an odometer inconsistency since mileage should be exempt on a 10+ year old vehicle. And speaking of odometer inconsistencies, I noticed there's at least 5 97 Japan trucks listed on that BestRide.com site. 3 of them (the ones that have a picture of it) have the same VDO Vision speedometer so I wonder if the same person imported them. They must be making some good money.
