Kermit Chair Co.

Hello to all,
I would like to tell you all about my experience with the Kermit Chair Co. We ordered 2 chairs before we went on our honeymoon. When they arrived I quickly opened the package and put one chair together. I got distracted and didn't put the other one together. My fault. We arrived at our campsite the first night and went to assemble the chairs, one didn't work properly. When we arrived back to town and had cell phone signal we called them to see what the deal was. They wanted to send the replacement to our cabin but UPS had left for the day and the chair wouldn't make it in time before we left for the 2nd leg of our river trip. We just bought a cheap camp chair to finish the trip. No big deal. When we arrived home the replacement was waiting for us. This is the GOOD part: They credited our account for the cost of the chair !! To me, this small company went above and beyond the call of customer service. For that I am and will stand by this company!! Thanks Kermit Chair Co !

Good to see there is such thing as customer service anymore. I will check them out as well.

Cabell Crowther had a couple of their chairs at Uwharrie, looked to be good stuff (though I went with a PICO myself and think its great).
