That blows, but unless the kids were idiots i doubt they will show up again, I'm going to assume they took pics right after it happened, and they won't be online. And if it was filmed, the camera would been setup in a way that you can't recognize the vehicle or the area very easily (at least thats what i would have done). I just can't believe they would do it on a car, the ground is a good place for that, i mean the fireworks are already not legal in ny, why risk it more.

Not feeling as pissed as I was to find a gnawed on corn cob in my truck after the fireworks...

I have two NAS 110 bonnets in philly if you want to just swap it out. I am not sure how perfect your truck is so maybe you want to go with new and a repaint, but mine would be a straight swap (we could do it while you wait in the driveway).

The benefit being they are white and have the stickers for a NAS 110 already. I can't ship one, but if you want to drive down, I can help you swap it out.

I have a good painter who charges cheap prices (about 10 minutes from Tappan Zee) I am taking Josh's bumper to him Saturday...

I appreciate that. Unfortunately work has been SLOW this last 6 months.
I'm still not sure it can even be repaired.
AND on the way home from MD this week my tailpipe broke apart right behind the forward flange. So repairs that keep me moving take precedent.
I was planning on doing the whole truck at so a referral to a good body shop/painter would be helpful.

PMed back. BTW fix the exhaust leak before it cooks the fuel in your tank. I used to have a good NAS110 exhaust, but I threw it out as I thought all the NAS 110 folks were rich and would only buy NRP stainless.

More than a leak. Pipe completely rotted thru and seperated.
Up until yesterday I was CEO of Barclay's and planning on a new NRP system.
Now I'm planning on driving to the bronx and having it jury rigged together by a guy I can barely communicate with.

When that happened on Janey the 1984 110, we ripped the tailpipe off and I fashioned a heat deflector out of a door panel which Mike H. used electrical wire to strap to the exhaust.
