I think horsey is referring to you feeding us a line about your wife forcing the sale.

Nothing wrong with making money. It's the using the bullshit lines on us that's annoying and no one is falling for it.

Was hoping to hang on to her at least until Summer but wife is giving me guilt...

It wasn't a line. I'm well aware it's one of the oldest excuses people use to sell cars. I get it. I live in NYC and don't have the space for more than one car to keep personally. There is a difference between cars I buy and sell for living vs ones to keep, forever. I also know it's hard for people to understand that. Before I got into the business, I wouldn't believe what I am explaining either. I'm not going to go on and on about this but that is the truth. Most guys would disappear, I am not. Just like everyone here, I appreciate Defenders immensely.

As we all know, it's easy to hide behind the keyboards and say this and that. I invite anyone to meet me in person, DC, NYC, or Philly and you can then judge for yourself what kind of guy I am. And always looking for other car guys to shoot the shit with.

If someone wants to pay $30K for this D90 I'll sell mine right now.

That guy is a well known troll. He pretty much just flips cars and complains about them after owning them for a few months. I don't think he's ever said a good thing about any car.

Seriously that guy was painful to watch. And his laugh? He needs to take acting lessons.

It was painful to watch.

Painful, because it's all true.

Maybe I'm the only one, but I thought it was hilarious.

Edit, I see Kelly was with me too.

Automotive journalists, clearly the cream of the crop humans and robust intellectuals in their own right, are trying to explain the market economics of cars they don't appreciate, own, repair or keep.

To me, every automotive journalist is pretty much like me: full of crap
